Harsh joined Maxim as an MBA Associate in Jan 2025, bringing a blend of strategy, operational, and investing experience.
Harsh is currently pursuing an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Prior to Kellogg, he was a Senior Associate at Elevation Capital, a $3B venture fund in India, where he deployed $60M+ across early- and growth-stage companies. He led the fund’s efforts in deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio support across the consumer and mobility sectors.
Before Elevation, Harsh was part of the CEO’s Office team at AIG India, where he led key strategic initiatives to expand the company’s health insurance business. By way of education, Harsh holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur.
