Mike is a leader, disruptor, entrepreneur, operator and investor on a mission to improve health and wellness. He has built and managed teams, brands and businesses ranging from pre-revenue startups to early growth stage to $10 Billion and is passionate about giving back to the community by mentoring entrepreneurs who are changing the world.
Mike spent over 10 years innovating at Target including helping to launch Target.com, building the supply chain for Target’s expansion into food, and championing Target’s award winning “Made to Matter” health & wellness program. As CEO of supplement company Scivation Mike built the Xtend brand into a leading sport nutrition brand, doubling sales and tripling profits in 18 months before leading the sale of the company to a strategic buyer. Post exit Mike had successful startups focused on nutrition and ketogenic diets as well as The Ketone Nutrition Foundation, a non-profit committed to advancing the use of ketogenic principles for the unique nutritional needs of patients.
Mike lives in North Carolina with his wife and four children and enjoys collecting wine, the lake, and anything that involves strapping skis or a board to his feet.
